Trip to Vizag from Kolkata…
Venue: s9-1-Howrah Mas mail..

Itz 12:00 a.m and the train started to move,a poor couple hurriedly boarded the train and slowly settled after 10 minutes.God presented them with 2 kids.Elder kid 4 years old(should be) n the younger 3-4 Months old..cute small gal,(was sleeping…)
I slept on moi berth @ 1:00 a.m n got up @ 7 a.m.........took moi Laptop n was drafting moi SP jain interview experience in there..!!. I heard the baby cry n just closed moi lappy to play with the cute lil gal.....Shock....i was shocked..I found that she is blind, Cataract.. I felt as if the earth stopped moving and everything stood still ,n tears rolled on moi cheeks..
But as all of us know that we have God with us....even she had one..Her Mom....Mother love, Motherz love, a blessing …..Her mom was continuously feeding ,kissing her, playing with her..n the kidz was always smiling.Infact even after her mom slept, she was still playing with her lips n cheeks…

Now that i saw this..I have a few questionz for GOD (not mom)? Y her? shez a kid, cute lil kid who never knew how da world looks n may b would never know how it looks.I asked them if i could help them, but they said that they already consulted a doctor who would operate her for free....

people, people people......I request you people to please help people in need.We r happy, god gave us everything, let us share,share our happiness with the needy...!

10 a.m ……kOLKATA

It was 8 a.m, I startd from moi auntz house to Bhavan’s Institute of Management Science @ 9…….Offo found lotzz of people…tension built up ..talked to a lot of guys standing there..

Registration done in 5 minues ,met ma friendz who were from InfoSys Bhubaneswar….three batches left b4 me, of 5 people each, conversion rate 3/5 and 3/5 , I was pretty relaxed….

Now moi turn…..8 people in moi batch .. …….
F1 –Girl -Fresher
F2-Moi friend 4m Infosys 22 months
F3-an IIFT convert –Guy -TCS

Interviwerz asked us to feel relaxed n chill maar….the lady was all smilez…kewl lady n the professor was actually going through our profile sheets n noting down points.
1st Question: tell me briefly abt your hobbies, wat u do in ur leisure time and whoz ur role model, Dnt give me funda or gyaan…..

F1: I read books Gyan gyan n gyan ……

IFP: No funda please, tell me in bullet points wat do u actually do in ur leisure time..

F1: again funda , movies blah blah ..watched DEVD liked THE BEAUTIFUL MIND etc etc….

IFP: Not impressed, as the cross questioned stuff wasn’t answered properly…….Meanwhile

IMP: still noting down points from the profile sheet….

F2:moi friendz turn..he told he watches movies, books n all ..his mom happenz to be history proff,screwed on history , time when the modern period starts, ne movies on History he watched n all…Lil bit of screwin n all

F3- reads a lot of Business stuff like magazines, news paperz out of which I know only one THE ECONOMIC TIMES , he was asked a bit on that…..

M1:listenz to Rabindranath tagores poems or songs (sumthing), books etc etc and again asked on da same…
M2::censor: :moutshut: I seriously forgot..i was actually staring@ her….

F4- Cricket, Cricket ,cricket…was asked on cricket ,reg his avg in matches ..20-20 ya 5 day macthes..he said 5 day..

M3-Moi -Blah Blah Blah……….. professional leisure : personal leisure…

IM1:Origamy , the art of folding paper…asked him to a bit of it…!!!…..he did …

Then Mr IMP Ji woke up :P and started asking questionz one on one..Y finance…Y marketing….Y Im?

IMP:u r a EEE engineering graduate, just abt 3 graduate from college, tell me y do u wanna get into finance..?
F1:gave sum gyan , n always was telling how good Finance iz.. BACKBONE of everything,Mother of Blah blah gave a lotof gyan…!!
IMP: I know that Finance is mother,father ,brother , tell me wat do u know of finance..!!
F1:Again funda, funda n lotzzz funda….!!
IMP:never convinced…….
F2(same question) : gave gyan on wat made him choose finance..we works with banking client , which brought intrest …hmmmmm
IMP: was impressed……..!!

Meanwhile had fun with all the SPJAIN 1st year z.., discussions discussionz n more………….!!!They r really kewl n r very friendlyy..

10 Minutes: results out 3 out of 8 faired through the next round……..Met mr Mayur nayak, moi PG friend…started masti…both of us r chatter boxes….Started Blah blah blahhhhhhh n blahhhh………..We were talkin, talkin n talking n talking……..!!!

Shahrukh no more considered youthfull @ 45 :(

The Pepsi-Shah Rukh Khan relationship goes back some 13 years, when he was not as big a star. Since then, the King Khan of Bollywood has grown in stature, and Pepsi, too, has transformed as a brand.

It has been a mutually beneficial relationship for both parties. While Pepsi cashed in on Shah Rukh’s popularity, it also contributed to the star’s youth icon image.

The relationship between the two has recently come to an end. In a recent media interview, Shah Rukh announced his divorce with the brand, saying sarcastically, “I am jobless now.”

afaqs! contacted the Pepsi India executives, but they were not ready to comment on this split. However, sources confirm that the reason behind this separation is that as he grows in years, Shah Rukh no longer fits into the youthful image.

Instead, the cola brand now uses upcoming star, Ranbir Kapoor to continue its brand philosophy of Youngistaan.

A similar situation occurred when Sachin Tendulkar made way for MS Dhoni.

Considering Shah Rukh is still a huge draw among the youth, afaqs! asked the fraternity whether Pepsi made the right decision by replacing him.

Raghavendra Patnaik, chief operating officer, Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment, a company specialising in talent management in sports and entertainment, says, “With his strategic investments in platforms such as the IPL, television and media, and the synergies of the entire Red Chillies franchise; there is, perhaps, no one else in India, who has a more compelling command on the imagination of young consumers, which is very much the TG for Pepsi.”

However, he is quick to add that the cola brand could have it own metrics to evaluate this.

Brand consultant, Vinay Kanchan believes that Shah Rukh is extremely popular with what Pepsi calls the “Youngistaan generation”. However, he adds that there seems to be a move to showcase Youngistaan through icons from the appropriate age bracket, rather than continuing with older endorsers. Yet, he argues that as long as the latter inspire the younger generation, there is future in the brand association.

In its earlier campaigns, age was not a guiding factor in Pepsi’s choice of endorsers – after all, till a few years ago, Amitabh Bachchan was a Pepsi endorser. Probably, the company has fine-tuned its strategies to suit the Youngistaan approach. Manish Porwal, chief executive officer, Percept Talent Management (PTM), says, “Considering the brand's communication agenda and pin-pointedness, Shah Rukh and the brand would be on two different planes.”

However, he believes that the separation could be a result of differences in negotiating the final price.

There are many who stand by Pepsi’s call. Anirban Das Blah, managing director, GloboSport, says, “I firmly believe that Pepsi has taken the right decision to part ways with Shah Rukh. If a brand is focussing on the youth, it cannot have a 45-year-old endorser. It ought to have youthful faces, which the consumers can connect with.”

Blah adds that both Shah Rukh and Tendulkar continue to be icons for Pepsi. It’s not about their professional expertise, but about their youth appeal. “Like Dhoni can't match Tendulkar in cricket, Ranbir Kapoor can't match Shah Rukh in Bollywood,” he concludes.

U find trainees 4m al over India trying to make friends @ 12 o clock ,(n u no wat i mean by friendzzz hmm)U find the older guys(read as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager) honing their Photography skills.. Technical leads moving here n there, just to show theat they r working too.....Lolzz....!!!

The Landscaping, Security and the House Keeping guys @ their best ..cleaning up the messy workplace,the canteens, pruning the lawns..

Best of all...The dormitory , One can hear more than 12 different sounds of snoring(looks like a good title for a book)..some sound like a volcano bursting, some like a hijacked plane.. n some like an angry animal snoring..

Nite stay ends , when an alarm rings loud " Cockoorokoooo" @ 6 a.m...Now judge, if i had suffice sleep :D
